How to find your TESCO reference number
Look at the "Consumer Detail" box near the top-left of any TESCO bill issued in Khyber or Mohmand and you will find a number 10 to 14 digits long. That reference — not the consumer ID printed beside it — is what every online bill checker, this one included, needs to bring up your duplicate.
Quick answer
Look at the top-left Consumer Detail box on your TESCO bill for the row labelled Reference No. — a 10 to 14 digit number, no spaces or dashes. That's what you type into the TESCO bill checker.
Where it sits on the printed bill
Look at the top-left of the bill, inside the box headed Consumer Detail. The first row in that box is labelled Reference No. — a run of 10 to 14 digits with no spaces or dashes. It sits directly above the Consumer ID, a shorter number used for a different purpose; the two are printed close together and are easy to mix up on a first read.
Reference number vs. Consumer ID
The reference number identifies one specific bill for one billing month and is what TESCO's own barcode and QR code encode for payment. The Consumer ID identifies the connection itself and stays the same every month — it will not open a bill on its own on most duplicate-bill tools, this one included.
If you don't have a printed copy
A reference number from any TESCO bill in the last few months still works — the digits don't expire, they just point at that month's statement. Check an old paper bill, a saved PDF, an SMS from TESCO, or a screenshot from a banking app you used to pay a past bill; the number is printed the same way on all of them.
Using it on this site
Enter the digits, without spaces or dashes, into the TESCO bill checker to open the duplicate directly, or go straight to the bill lookup page if you already have the number ready.
Still can't find it?
If the printed copy is damaged, lost, or the box is smudged, TESCO's own subdivision office can reprint it against your Consumer ID or address. See TESCO complaint channels or the TESCO office directory for the nearest one.
